G7th has a 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have a defective capo we will replace it free of charge, anywhere in the world.

Our free lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing fault or failure of the mechanism during normal use. It is not an insurance policy; here are some examples of what is not covered by the warranty:

- Misuse or accidental damage
- Wear and tear (e.g. rubber components will inevitably wear out eventually with heavy use; spares available here)
- Plating and painted finishes
