Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under the law of England.
You can pay for your purchases using Paypal, or by credit or debit card using our Braintree credit card gateway. G7th do not at any time have access to your credit card details. You will receive your email by invoice, with a paper copy included with your capo(s).
Prices are shown in 3 currencies. USD, EUR and GBP.
EUR and GBP prices include VAT at the local rates. USD prices are shown net of all taxes.
We can only collect VAT on orders despatched to countries within the European Union with a total of €150 or less. For higher value orders, please contact us directly.
Orders shipped to European non-EU countries will have VAT (calculated at your local rate) deducted at the checkout.
We reserve the right to decline to engrave any text or images which we deem to be inappropriate or obscene. We will contact you if we feel there is a problem with your order.
We aim to despatch all orders promptly. Orders received before 2pm Tuesday-Friday GMT are normally despatched that day. Orders received between 2pm Friday through to 2pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday. We send a "Confirmation of Despatch" email automatically when we despatch your order. If you have not received your order within the expected time frame please contact us.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us using the contact form. You can cancel up to the point where we have despatched your order. After this time, you may return the goods to us within 30 days for a refund.
If you have a defective capo we will replace it free of charge*, anywhere in the world.
Our free lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing fault or failure of the mechanism during normal use. It is not an insurance policy; here are some examples of what is not covered by the warranty:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Wear and tear (e.g. rubber components will inevitably wear out eventually with heavy use)
- Plating and painted finishes
For most warranty claims, we will require you to return your faulty capo to us. We will send you instructions for this as part of the claim process.

*Warranty replacements will still incur customs/duties charges that are the recipient's responsibility. All you would pay is the shipping cost (up to a maximum of $15 USD for a single capo) and any customs/duties charges which may apply. We will provide instructions if this is the case for you.
